Scott, Krista, Dave and I get credit for making this one!
Fun evening at Scott's house. We'd eaten enough soup for the week, and wanted something substantial. Krista and I had fun shopping for provolone cheese (we ended up buying 4 slices at the deli), and on a side note we learned how to pronounce Gruyere (grew-yair, right Krista?) Now if only they'd charge less than $20/lb we might get to try some :)
Anyway, the sandwiches were delicious, and hit the spot. We used regular mushrooms, more cheese than called for (thanks, Scott!) Mmmmm good!
I think we all rated this recipe a 5!
